Weddings are celebrations of love.
Trust in a seasoned celebrant.
By choosing an experienced, approachable and reputable celebrant, you’re choosing someone who is all in on bringing your wedding vision to life.
A great ceremony doesn’t just tell your guests how you met. It gives them a glimpse into who you are and why you work so well together.
That’s what I love creating.
I’ll spend time getting to know you, then write a ceremony that’s personal and bespoke that will feel like you. The kind that has your guests engaged, and walking away saying ‘That was so them.’
Along the way, I’ll keep everything organised and make the whole process fun and easy. You’ll get a calm approach, plenty of communication and guidance through each step.
On the day, you won’t need to worry about what’s happening next. I’ll be there to keep things running smoothly and create an atmosphere where you can relax, be yourselves and enjoy every moment.
If you’re after a celebrant who’s warm, professional, organised and brings plenty of positive energy, I’d love to be part of your story.

How it all works …
Once we touch base by phone, email or text, I’ll confirm availability for your wedding day.
Then we’ll organise a Zoom meet & greet, where I’ll run through my package details, and you’ll get a vibe as to who I am and how I work as a celebrant .
To book me in
I ask for a deposit of $350 to lock me in for your day, with the balance of your package due one month to the date of your ceremony.
An invoice will be issued itemising your package choice and a receipt issued once deposit has been received.
Once we’re booked - Let’s Meet & Plan
We’ll start to co-ordinate your wedding ceremony roughly 5 months out from your ceremony date. I’ll first send you a questionnaire which will gather information to collate your first piece of legal documentation, The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
Once this has been reviewed and couple approved with it’s details, we’ll arrange for a time and place suitable half-way between us, grab a coffee, wine or beer and chat about the vision for your wedding.
During this meeting we’ll sign your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and run through all the legal aspects you’ll sign on your big day.
I’ll ask you both questions about your relationship, like, how you first met, how did the proposal unfold and the qualities you love about each other.
Writing
Over to me to write and collate your bespoke ceremony for your special day.
I will send you a draft of your ceremony, generally a month prior to your ceremony date, which will allow us to collaborate and edit.
Prefer to be surprised? You can leave your ceremony unread until the big day, or nominate a trusted friend/family member to read it on your behalf.
Final touches
Time to talk through the final touches and logistics for your day.
Rehearsals:
The Essentials Package - You will receive a script of rehearsal points the week of your ceremony for you to review.
The Signature Package - Zoom Virtual Rehearsal - The week of your ceremony, we’ll conduct a zoom Virtual Rehearsal chat where we’ll go through all the aspects and logistics. Allow 40 minutes for this chat.
The Elevated Package - Onsite Rehearsal - The week of your ceremony we head down to the venue and hold an onsite rehearsal to cover all aspects and logistics.
The Big Day
Your wedding day arrives, I’m all set up and ready to go an hour before the the ceremony start time.
This is your moment to shine and have all the feels knowing your ceremony is in caring hands.
Afterwards, I upload all the signed legal documents to BDM for registration and send you an email confirmation.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely!
I’ve been a marriage celebrant for the past 9 years and conducted over 200 ceremonies.
You’ll be trusting in a seasoned celebrant who knows how to liaise confidently with vendors, warmly greet friends and family and isn’t afraid to get people excited for your special day.
I offer exceptional organisation with a bubbly personality and a smile in my delivery.
-
Love this question!
It’s a few factors:
Connection
Storytelling
Presentation
I adore being part of a couple’s happiest season of their lives, from that very first chat, through all the little check-in’s along the way, right up to the big day itself.
I’m invested in you, and your bespoke ceremony will take your guests on a enjoyable journey of your relationship and a marriage ceremony.
And I do it all with warmth, a calm and smooth tone that pulls people in and carries them right through to the moment you’re married.
-
Absolutely!
With my Signature and Elevated packages, I have some wonderful samples and suggestions to provide, including a vow section where I show you real life couple vow’s of couples I have married.
I’m always available to read over vow drafts and help in any way you need.
-
Yes Please!
It’s one of my questions in my planning questionnaire.
If you want me to wear a certain colour to match your colour scheme, i’d be happy to.
If you’re not fussed, I’ll ask for the colour scheme of your ceremony or flowers and ensure to compliment your space.
I’ll always ensure I’m dressed according to your requested style.
-
I’m an early bird, so i’ll always arrive an hour before your ceremony time.
This time gives me a chance to set up my equipment, check in with other vendors and venue staff, do a quick read through and apply my lippy.
I’ll then warmly great guests as they arrive, so they have a smiling face greet them.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, if I’m not your master of ceremonies (MC), I’ll pack up my paperwork and equipment.
And then once your family/friend photos are complete, I’ll jump in for a photo, say my farewell and head out.
No need to worry I’ll overstay (unless Aunty Carol likes a chat), I’ll always come find you and say goodbye.
-
Thankfully it’s only ever happened once, thanks Covid and your 7 day quarantine.
I have a wonderful network of celebrants I can tap into, in the event I become unwell for your ceremony.
If I need a celebrant to step in for me, I’ll always contact you first and explain.
I’ll then provide information as to your replacement(s) and have the new celebrant contact you.
All the paperwork and ceremony script will be handed over to the new celebrant, and a price negotiated between us.
This way, it ensures a smooth transition without any action or disruption on your part.
-
The earlier the better!
Popular dates can book out 12-18 months in advance, especially during Spring and Autumn.
So once you’ve secured your venue, it’s a great idea to lock in your celebrant too.
That being said, don't panic if your wedding is just around the corner. If I'm available, I'd love to help. The best thing to do is get in touch and I’ll check my availability.
