Well hello there!

I’m Olivia, It’s so lovely to meet you!

I’m a big believer that great communication is an essential skill.

Luckily for me, talking has always been my strong point!

‘You’d make a great celebrant, Liv!!’ is how I was inspired to become a celebrant.

It was a Monday morning and a co-worker was filling me in about the wedding she’d attended on the weekend. Her description of that celebrant included ‘boring and lacklustre’.

Her recommendation continued to replay in my mind, ‘a celebrant, me?!’ Well her comment changed the trajectory of my life forever and a celebrant was born!

I’ve always been a keen student of my voice, studying and researching communication tools and the art of delivery; I’ve dabbled in community radio in my 20’s and pursued voiceover training in my 30’s and now my 40’s.

I’m a huge lover of dogs, a sweet-tooth devourer of ice cream, hold a healthy admiration for a good cup of coffee and a weekend running enthusiast . I looove 80’s music and have an appreciation of loads of music, my Spotify is a patchwork of different genres and styles.

I’m happily married to a lovely fella for over ten years, having met him at the impressionable age of 19, he was a DJ at a community radio station and I was a caller! Together we have two beautiful kids.

There is no greater honour than to observe two people pouring out their heartfelt thoughts, emotions and feelings, not just to each other but in front of their loved ones.

Now that's pretty amazing, and to know that I have been in-trusted to help do that, for me, that's the best job in the world. Hands down.
